In response to this need, Keeprecision purchased a professional thermal analysis software, which is developed originally by a German software company. Based on classical thermodynamic principles, it can precisely simulate the heat conduction or the movement of phonons, the fundamental media of heat conduction. Given the thermal conductivity, materials density and other important parameters, we can calculate the insulation effect for sheets of specific thicknesses. The temperatures of cold and hot surfaces can be roughly figured out in this way. The simulation outcome proves to be accurate in comparison with real application conditions, which enables Keeprecision to provide expert insulation consultation service.
